A selection of current projects
Habitat Restoration Projects
We make and distribute seedballs in the UK and Europe from bases in Dorset, Normandy and Limerick.
We work with a range of governmental and third sector organisations on post wildfire and general habitat restoration projects using seedballs.
There are opportunities for volunteering, full time employment and partnerships.
Naturist Merchandise
Sharing the message and promoting our values, WE R ONE produces a range of irreverent and funny merchandise to build our community and share the love.
Our long term direct aim is to build a physical community in southern Europe that can act as an escape for good people and an incubator of positive business ideas. Any profits from WE R One merchandise are put towards this goal.
Campaigns and Events
WE R ONE uses social media and in person events to campaign for policies to promote freedom and autonomy of the individual, equality and to protect nature.
We work with aligned organisations in re-wilding, naturism, equality and environmentalism.
AllU App - Simply Happiness
AllU is a work in progress web app that helps us all focus on the things that matter and throw out the things that don’t. It is based partly on Stoic principles and promotes independent, free thinking through naturism.
It reminds us to connect with nature and guides us to self acceptance and body confidence.

Entrepreneurship Mentoring
WE R One believes in the power of entrepreneurship to free individuals from stifling and exploitative career options. Running your own business can unleash creativity and foster responsibility, allowing innovative and world improving ideas to flourish.
At We R One, we offer support partnerships, ethically working with motivated people to create new and exciting businesses that support our values.
Paid Employment in the UK
We offer paid work opportunities at our base in Dorset. This can include marketing, production or other paid employment for our various projects.
Accommodation can be part of the agreement, hours are often flexible and occasionally remote work is possible. Details will be posted on the link below and will be connected to the specific business advertising.
Volunteering Opportunities
This is not the normal food production and land management eco volunteering placement.
WE R One works to support those interested in ethical and sustainable entrepreneurship from a semi-rural base near Bournemouth, Dorset. The work is very varied and can be social media, animal husbandry, maintenance, political etc.
Accommodation and food offered in exchange for 15 hours per week.
Community partnerships
We are always keen to work with organisations that share our values. There are partnership opportunities for naturist organisations and aligned intentional communities around Europe and the world to work with us - producing and distributing seedballs, as well as marketing collaborations and other mutually beneficial projects.
